Mack at six months

     Mack at six months weighed 17.77lbs (49%) and was 27.66in (84%). He continues to be really tall! When Mack was six months I was able to quit work! It has really been my dream to stay at home and just be a Mom. I have such a wonderful, hard working husband who makes that possible for our family. Mack is such a good roller. When he sees a toy he wants, he rolls either right or left until he gets it. He absolutely hates to sit up. He finds it really difficult with his long torso and just wines whenever we try to practice sitting up. One week before he turned six months we let him try rice cereal. He loved it! When I quit work we moved Mack out of our room and into his room at night. This lasted only a few weeks. Luke had a hard time sleeping with Mack down the hall and would get up several times a night to check on him, even with our baby monitor. We ultimately decided our sleep was important and brought Mack back into our room in his cradle to sleep until he outgrew it. Mack is a good sleeper and sleeps from about 10-7 at this age. He is such a happy, easy going baby. We get comments all the time about how mellow he is. This month Mack finally got his first tooth! Actually it was two! The bottom two teeth popped through at 6m 17days. All the drool was for something after all. At six months he wears 9m clothes and size 2 shoe. I also bought him his first skinny jeans this month!
