At 15 months Mack weighed 23.41lbs (32%) and is 31.54in. (64%). Last month he was taller so they either measured wrong this time or last time because I'm sure he didn't shrink! Mack's personality is so funny! He can be really loud and really outgoing but other times is super shy. He still is my little side kick and loves to be with me, around me, and would love to be held all day! He isn't walking yet but the dr said he's healthy and just stubborn. We encourage him to stand and walk with him as much as he'll let us. It's not a favorite of his. He still is a pro climber and scares us with his bravery. He can climb to the top of the stairs pretty quickly now and recently started to go down them. Mack still enjoys and eats quite a bit of baby food but is getting better at regular food. He has a small food adversion to medium textured foods. He gags on fruit, veggies and stuff like that. The dr said introducing him to new textures with his hands and doing more sensory play will help with that. I took him to a sand box one afternoon to let him feel that and it was horrible. Mack screamed and cried and really hated touching the sand. I think I was shocked because aren't all little boys supposed to like dirt?! We will try again and try some other things. Mack has started pointing to things this month, sometimes saying "this" as he points to stuff. He loves to point at pictures of himself then point back at himself. He loves going down his little slide head first and claps when he's done at the bottom. This little boy is the light of our lives and we continually feel so blessed to be his parents!
